Currently there are two types of memberships available.  They are full and affiliate.

Full Membership

Available to an individual working (or interested) in the Commercial Inspection or Thermal Imaging Profession or in a related profession such as Commercial Property Maintenance, Contractors/Sub-Contractors, Assesors, Engineers, HVAC, Electricians, Plumbers, etc.

New Member Rates:  1 year -$179.00* USD

Membership Renewal Rates:  1 year - $279.00* USD

* No refunds when dismissal from the association is caused by failure to comply with NACBI Code of Ethics or simply because you quit the profession or association.  Hardship partial refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.  We understand all to well that unforseen circumstances, such as a medical hardship may arise, and your money can be better used to support your family.  Please further note that we may require a Notarized Statement for a partial refund to take place.  This will be necessary for our records and tax purposes.

Affiliate Membership

Flat Rate: $99.00 USD/year  (No Refunds)

An affiliate membership is available to an indivdual or business entity who is either affected or involved with commercial building inspections or thermography.  For example:  Thermal Imaging Supplier, Software Provider, E&O Insurance Provider, etc.  Affiliate members are also able to advertise their wares and services on our message board and would also be offered reduced advertising rates on our web site. 

Affiliate memberships are also available to Local, State and Federal  Officials and Legislators that are involved in inspection/legislation of Commercial Buildings at no cost.
