Well first thing is first. Was the weather barrier installed properly?

See here; http://www.fortifiber.com/pdf/install_guides/IG_jumbo_tex.pdf

Was a kick out diverter installed?

How will the wood trim around the windows prevent leakage?

I know, I know, I ask to many questions.

Know maybe Carl can question everything else that I don't know about.  Wink Smiley

The windows and trim set up that way there will be damage behind the stucco under the trim. But the stucco will get blamed for the problems.

The moisture barrier is installed incorrectly.
