Freaking Incredible...this mornings Shaq the lady was only at the house for about 20 minutes when she told me to STOP, I've seen enough, here is your money, I'll call you when I find something else----- Grin

Me think Woodpecker was sharpening his Beak at MANY LOCATIONS around this Shaq....he sure has been having a field day with this one...!!

Woodpeckers really do a number on the 1/8 in of Stucco they usually apply here---Western One Coat--- Grin

Interesting.  Wood peckers typically don't do that unless they hear something inside.  You aren't famous for termites out there - what could he/she have heard?

No insulation?  In AZ.  Not a good sign...  Did she give you a big kiss?  She should have...

Reading about the subject at Wiki the main reason is Mating and Territorial reasons I believe, they get a lil flustered when another Peckerhead is encroaching on their incroching (female perkerheads), so they go into a Pecking Tissy--- Cool

Be better to build a round wall how evey i
Deep it needed to be put the monkey stucco wannabes the incompetent inspectorc for municipalitys the builders that hire them in the round wall fill it put a lid on it let GOD sort them out!!!     IMHO

Darn forgot all the different manufacturers of shit products like the miracles of science vertical mulch. I could write a book with names and company's but i am not MOSES my life span like the rest on this earth is limited not enough time to finish the book.
